Sponsor Sole Play Bama ("Sponsor") and Professional Tax Service ("Co-Sponsor"),
Alabama

  1. Eligibility
    Open to legal residents of Alabama, 18 or older, or a parent/legal guardian
    entering on behalf of a minor age 13–17. Employees and household
    members of Sponsor and Co-Sponsor are not eligible. Void where
    prohibited.
  2. Promotion period
    Begins Monday, July 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM CT and ends Friday, July 24,
    2026 at 11:59 PM CT. Only entries received in this window are eligible.
  3. How to enter (free)
    Enter free during the promotion period by scanning the QR code on the
    flyer or clicking the link in Sponsor's social bio, and completing the online
    entry form. No purchase, payment, donation, follow, share, tag, or other
    consideration is required to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person.
    Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be void.
  4. Prizes
    Fifty (50) prizes total. Each prize: one (1) $50 Sole Play Bama gift card (ARV
    $50 USD). Total ARV: $2,500 USD. Gift cards are redeemable in-store at
    Sole Play Bama only, have no cash value, are non-transferable, are not
    replaceable if lost or stolen, and expire twelve (12) months from issue.
  5. Winner selection & notification
    Fifty winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on
    Saturday, July 25, 2026, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM CT, in five
    segments of ten winners announced live on Sponsor's Facebook and
    Instagram (@SolePlayBama). Odds depend on total eligible entries.
    Winners are also notified by email and/or SMS within 72 hours. If a winner
    cannot be reached within seven (7) days or is ineligible, the prize is
    forfeited and an alternate selected.
  6. Prize redemption
    Winners must redeem the gift card in-store at Sole Play Bama within thirty
    (30) days of winner notification. Photo ID may be required at redemption
    to confirm identity.
  7. Taxes All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner. Each $50 prize is below the 2026 IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold of $2,000 per recipient; Sponsor generally will not issue a Form 1099-MISC. Winners should consult their own tax advisor.
  8. Publicity release By entering, each entrant agrees that, if selected as a winner, Sponsor and Co-Sponsor may use the winner's first name, last initial, city of residence, and photo/video captured during winner announcement or redemption for promotional purposes on their websites, social media, and marketing materials, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  9. Release & limitation of liability By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or garbled entries; technical, hardware, or software failures; or unauthorized human intervention.
  10. Meta disclaimer This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, entrants completely release Meta from any liability related to this Sweepstakes. Any information provided by an entrant is provided to Sponsor, not to Meta.
  11. Privacy & governing law Personal information collected is used by Sponsor (and, if separately opted into, Co-Sponsor) to administer the Sweepstakes and, only where an entrant has opted in, for marketing.   12. Winners list For a list of winners (first name, last initial, city), available after August 15, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sole Play Bama, B2S Bash Winners List, Alabama. Requests must be received by October 1, 2026.
