Refund Policy
We will not accept any refunds or exchanges after the 14 days. Sole Play defines 14 days after the time that you received the item, not from the shipping date.
Sole Play will make the final decision on whether a full refund will be issued to the customer, store credit, or e-gift card.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
You must retain your original receipt that you received with your order for any exchanges, returns, etc.
Return labels and Prepaid return shipping labels will have a total of 5 business days before it is cancelled. If you do not use your return label within this time frame we reserve the right to void your shipping label and cancel your return.
Please BE AWARE any items that are listed as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL.
No exchanges or refunds on any Hats, Socks or Underwear. All hats, socks and underwear are Final Sales.
You should expect to receive your refund within four [4] weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
