Our Return Policy
Sole Play accepts returns subject to the conditions and exclusions described below. Please review this policy carefully before requesting a return.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition with all tags still attached
- In its original packaging (box, bag, tissue, etc.)
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Restocking Fee and Return Shipping
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account at soleplaybama.com, or contact us at hello@soleplaybama.com with your order number
- Navigate to your order history and select the item
- Choose the reason for your return
- Submit your request and wait for confirmation
- Once approved, purchase a return shipping label at your expense
Do not ship items back before receiving confirmation. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, follow the return steps above and select 'Exchange'. Include: item name, style, size, color, and your order number. Exchanges are subject to in-stock inventory at the time the return is received and processed; availability is not guaranteed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items — No Returns or Exchanges
- Sale items (marked down from original price)
- Promotional and markdown items
- Gift cards
- Undergarments (socks, base layers, etc.)
- Special and limited releases (raffle wins, exclusive drops, limited-edition collabs)
- Mystery boxes
- Worn or used footwear, or footwear missing the original box, tags, or accessories
- International orders — all orders shipped outside the United States (including all orders shipped to Canada) are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Customers ordering internationally are solely responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any brokerage charges. Sole Play does not arrange, pay, prepay, or reimburse return shipping for international orders under any circumstance.
Pricing Variance Between In-Store and Online
Sole Play operates a physical retail location at 102 Central Park Avenue, Suite 1, Dothan, AL 36303 and an online store at soleplaybama.com. Product pricing, promotions, discounts, and availability may vary between our Dothan, AL retail location and our online store.
A price displayed at one channel does not guarantee the same price at the other. Pricing differences may reflect local promotional events, inventory levels, supplier costs, and operational factors unique to each channel. Sole Play reserves the right to set and adjust pricing independently for each channel at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
Customers are not entitled to price matching between in-store and online prices unless a specific, written price-match offer is made by Sole Play at the point of sale. In-store pricing is valid only at our retail location. Online pricing is valid only for purchases completed through soleplaybama.com.
We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, errors may occur. Sole Play reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@soleplaybama.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will review and respond to legitimate claims on a case-by-case basis.
